This year’s dish will be available at The Brasserie and is a delicious Chicken Ballotine – tender chicken breast roulade with a delicate parsley and basil pancake, filled with ham, mushroom duxelles, and brie cheese. Served with potato pavé, broccolini, baby carrots, confit cherry tomato, and finished with a silky French mousseline sauce and a drizzle of green herb oil.
