The purpose of C.ex Group’s community centric approach is three fold:

Engage – engage with each other and the community
Effect – to have a lasting, positive effect on the community
Exceed – to exceed all expectations when assisting in the community

The C.ex Community Crew has been formed with the aim of helping local organisations and charities by providing the assistance of its volunteers. The Crew is made up of C.ex Group employees who are vibrant and passionate about volunteering their time within the local community to make a real difference.

Who are the C.ex Community Crew?

The C.ex Community Engagement Program presents all employees with the opportunity to strengthen, support and participate in their local community however they choose. The C.ex Community Crew is a staff volunteer program built on the enthusiasm of C.ex Group employees and their strong, tangible commitment to our local community.

Armoured in their green polo shirts, the C.ex Community Crew, in their own time get out and about in the community lending a hand where it’s most needed. Regular Crew activities include marshaling at Disabled Surfers Association events, volunteering at the local soup kitchen, completing lifesaving blood & plasma donations plus many more.

In 2019, the C.ex Community Crew along with C.ex Group Mascot, Chocolate Moose volunteered over 800 hours within our local community!
