Birthday Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. You must present your membership card to redeem your birthday offer.

Bronze, Silver & Gold members must activate their birthday offer by purchasing an item at any C.ex Group venue during their birthday month.

Bronze and Silver members can redeem their voucher(s) in separate transactions when purchasing more than one main meal at The Brasserie, PLANK, Buster’s Brasserie, Papaveros or The Shank Inn.

Gold members can redeem their $25 in separate transactions at any C.ex Group dining or beverage outlet.

 Bronze, Silver and Gold members will have 45 days to redeem their birthday reward from the date of activation. Valid to use 7 days a week, depending on outlet trading hours.
Platinum and Diamond rewards do not expire.
