Influenced largely by modern Australian cuisine and with a few Asian inspired dishes, The Brasserie restaurant at C.ex Coffs serves up simple, wholesome and delicious dishes using only the freshest produce. With seasonal menu changes, a good range of wines by the glass and the bottle and desserts to tempt, The Brasserie provides high standards of service and quality in a relaxed atmosphere. Our philosophy is simple – “Great food and service with a smile”.

Try out our latest a la carte menu where you can enjoy flavours of Vietnam with our tempting Vietnam Journey tasting plate or indulge in one of our Asian noodle laksas in either prawn, chicken or tofu. Our new summer menus feature some delicious items including seared scallops, sweet spiced bug tails, roasted stuffed capsicum, roasted brown rice and beetroot balls, Wagyu beef sausages, pan fried barramundi fillet and crumbed lamb cutlets as well as our old favourite, C.ex Works Burger.
