C.ex STAFF CHAMPIONS
November Champion – Anne-Marie Arthur
No stranger to receiving this award, Anne-Maree was our winner for November after a stellar performance hosting our Melbourne Cup Luncheon. Anne-Maree made sure those attending the show had a fabulous time and this was evident by the feedback we received from attendees on the day. Well done Anne-Maree!
December Champion – Kathleen Ridgeway
Kathleen has grown in her time at C.ex, recently stepping up in the functions role by working independently, assisting newer staff members, thinking ahead and using initiative to pre-plan. On one particular occasion, Kathleen offered to come in the following day where there was a staff absence and worked tirelessly, remaining in communication with the relevant team members continuously and proved to be an asset to the role. Congratulations Kathleen!

2018 C.ex CHAMPIONS
The C.ex Champions Reward Program is an annual program with criteria for points collated at the end of each month and points allocated to employees nominated. Nominations are received from customers, peers, managers and secret shoppers.
The winner of our reward program for 2018-2019 was Jemma Miller who was recognised with a $5,000 travel voucher! Jemma is pictured below with runners up Simon Doughney (L) and Johnny Lippeveld (R) who also received travel vouchers and C.ex Group CEO, John Rafferty.
Management are thrilled the Champions Reward program has been such a success and look forward to continuing it in the coming years.
