C.ex STAFF CHAMPION

July Champion – Debbie

Debbie has been with C.ex Group for 18 years and during that time has proven herself to be a valuable team member. She supervises our Events Team and does a wonderful job. Debbie was recently recognised for her leadership and efforts on the evening of the BCU Awards night at C.ex Coffs. The client said “Deb is an absolute star, an asset to the C.ex Group. I am so pleased that we partnered with C.ex  Group this year, I couldn’t think of a better team to have managed this”. Deb also received recognition for her involvement in two other large events held recently at C.ex Coffs.

August Champion – Anne-Maree

Anne-Maree Arthur has been part of the C.ex Group for 4 years and was recently recognised for her initiative and forward thinking during our $70,000 in 70 days promotion. Anne-Maree went out of her way to assist members with the promotion and this was noted by several team members and customers. Anne-Maree is a regular to our staff champion awards and this can be attributed to her can do attitude, cheerful personality and her willingness to assist members and other team members where possible. You can usually find Anne-Maree greeting members at reception or assisting in our Events department.

2017 C.ex CHAMPIONS

The C.ex Champions Reward Program was rolled out in February 2016 with criteria for points collated at the end of each month and points allocated to employees nominated. Nominations were from customers, peers, managers and secret shoppers.

The winner of our reward program for 2017-2018 was Bradley Frankland, pictured below with Dallas Oxford (HR Coordinator) and John Rafferty (CEO).

In second place was Carolyn Roelofs and in third place Graham Robertson (pictured below)

Management are thrilled the Champions Reward program has been such a success and look forward to continuing it in the coming years.

We wish to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our staff at C.ex Woolgoolga, C.ex Urunga and C.ex Coffs, you all make the C.ex Group a success with your outstanding customer service.
