September Champion – Brittany

Brittany is relatively new to the C.ex Group family, having joined us in June this year. Brittany has already proven to be a champion team member, handling the opening day of our new outlet Papaveros amazingly with her can do attitude and dedication to supporting the team. Brittany also received praise from an event attendee who was impressed with her positive demeanour and genuine pleasure in her work. You can find Brittany working as part of our Events Team or Front of House in Papaveros, our new Italian Restaurant and Cafe.

October Champion –  Andrea Anastassiadis

Andrea has been recognised for exceeding customer expectations and delivering service over and above, by driving a patron home in her own vehicle after completing her shift due to the local taxi service experiencing lengthy delays. Andrea also received a 100% result from a mystery shopper earlier in the month, demonstrating that she consistently upholds champion values and delivers excellent customer service. Andrea has been with C.ex Group for 11 years now and is an all rounder at our C.ex Woolgoolga venue with duties ranging from working behind the bar to calling raffles!



Members, visitors and patrons are invited to nominate a C.ex Group team member for ‘great’ acts of service, as part of the C.ex Champion Rewards Program.

To nominate a staff member and ensure that they are recognised for their efforts, please complete the short form below or alternatively complete a hard copy form next time you visit any of our three venues.



The C.ex Champions Reward Program is an annual program with criteria for points collated at the end of each month and points allocated to employees nominated. Nominations are received from customers, peers, managers and secret shoppers.

The winner of our reward program for 2018-2019 was Jemma Miller who was recognised with a $5,000 travel voucher! Jemma is pictured below with runners up Simon Doughney (L) and Johnny Lippeveld (R) who also received travel vouchers and C.ex Group CEO, John Rafferty.


Management are thrilled the Champions Reward program has been such a success and look forward to continuing it in the coming years.
