Event Terms & Conditions

– As a participant, I commit to fundraising a minimum of $50.
– I acknowledge and understand this is a serious event.
– I agree to not invite any unregistered guests to attend this event.
– I acknowledge responsibility for my own belongings and valuables on the night.
– I agree not to leave the designated venue for the duration of the event.
– I acknowledge that I participate in the event at my own risk and that I am not, to the best of my knowledge, suffering from a condition which would prevent and/or render me unfit to participate in the Event.
– I consent to C.ex Group using my personal details in my registration form for the administration of the event, including to SMS or email me information about the event. I also consent to my personal details being used by C.ex Group future marketing and promotional purposes.
– I grant C.ex Group the right to take photographs of me in connection with the above-identified event. I agree that C.ex Group may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
