Bronze, Silver & Gold members must activate their birthday offer by purchasing an item at any C.ex Group venue during their birthday month.

Bronze and Silver members can redeem their voucher(s) in separate transactions when purchasing more than one main meal at The Brasserie, PLANK, Papaveros, Buster’s Brasserie or The Shank Inn.

Gold members can redeem their $25 in separate transactions at The Brasserie, PLANK, Papaveros, Buster’s Brasserie, The Shank Inn and The Bottleshop.

 Bronze, Silver and Gold members will 45 days to redeem their birthday reward from the date of activation.
Platinum and Diamond rewards do not expire. Valid to use 7 days a week, depending on outlet trading hours.
