January Champion – John Clarke

Our January Champion of the month was none other than John ‘JC’ Clarke who works at C.ex Woolgoolga. JC has worked with the club for 15 years and is a favourite amongst the locals at Woopi. JC went above and beyond when attending to a patron in need and did not hesitate. A stand out effort and well deserved recipient of January’s Champion title!

February Champion –  Erin Smith

Erin as a relative newcomer to the C.ex Group team has quickly shown herself to be a rising star. Erin works mainly in our catering department and is most often seen mixing cocktails at Ribeye Rooftop Bar & Kitchen. Erin deservedly received 4 nominations from patrons within a month which well and truly cemented her as Champion of the month for February! Well done Erin.

C.ex CHAMPIONS 2019-20

The C.ex Champions Reward Program is an annual program with criteria for points collated at the end of each month and points allocated to employees nominated. Nominations are received from customers, peers, managers and secret shoppers.

The winner of our reward program for 2019-2020 was Anne-Maree Arthur who was recognised with a $5,000 travel voucher for her consistency in customer service, mentoring of new staff, volunteer hours and general positive attitude towards work! Anne-Maree is pictured below with runners up Robyn Rawlings (L) and Brad Frankland (R) who also received travel vouchers.

We wish to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our staff at C.ex Woolgoolga, C.ex Urunga and C.ex Coffs, you all make the C.ex Group a success with your outstanding customer service.
